Back On The Road For Less, LLC

Zach gave my father an HONEST and affordable quote for the repairs his car needed and was able to schedule the service immediately after we reached out. His staff was extremely professional, kind, and efficient throughout the entire process. Together, they repaired my father’s car and truly had him back on the road — literally “for less” — the very same day. Zach operates out of a shop in South Trenton, but also travels throughout the entire Tri-State area for service calls. We highly recommend Back On The Road For Less, LLC for anyone looking for reliable, professional, and affordable automotive repair services.

Best experience ever! Such honest, nice guys who really helped me when I needed it. Fast service. They brought the car back to my job before my work day was over! Stupid pot hole blew my tire and left me stranded!! Thank you! Highly recommend! !

Update: to the owner’s credit, he has since reached out to me an apologized for a particular staff member’s lack of communication which he assures me has been rectified. He has offered to look at the bike and offered an appointment to try and resolve, so I am more than willing to give him that chance. I will follow up with the outcome. I have added another star for his response. The last 2 are reserved for a resolution. Many small companies experience staffing issues when they are new, and the fact that he personally reached out makes me willing to move forward with him. Its not what you do wrong, its what you do to resolve the issue that matters Zach made some adjustments and the bike is back on the road. I have deleted my negative post because he proved to be honorable and stand behind the repairs he made. Although there were some communication issues, they have been resolved. I will return again for my next servicing and look forward to future dealings. Like any new owner he experienced growing pains. Unlike most owners, he chose to make right on his promise and stand behind his work, this is why i will return and recommend him. I am sorry i doubted his resolve, but really glad

Zach can get busy but he will get back to you. He has done lots of different repairs to our car and always been fair and reasonable. Zach approaches life with great grace and humor.

this is the worst shop in Trenton Nj, they scammed me. so unprofessional and straight up liars. the mechanic there named Kevin his friend sold me a car and Kevin lied for his friend for sellin me a HORRIBLE car after not even one day my car over heated they had me take it to this shop and said Kevin is going to repair it the “car salesman” said he pay for whatever needs to be fixed the Kevin lied and told me $1k was paid towards it and that I would have to pay a remaining balance of $387. keep in mind this is over a 2 week span Because they have no one answering the phone no documents showing what parts or Work got done. ALL LIES! They WORST. I ended up having my car towed to another shop which revealed that nothing was done on my car while it sat with them for 2 weeks!!! Do not ever do business with this lying fraudulent shop! I would have never took my ca to a place like this look at it it’s TRASH!
